Sussurro lontano
Dedico queste quattro righe alla morte del mio caro zio Valerio. Le ho scritte prima della sua morte e pubblicate il 24/08/2008 alle 17.59 in Officina della Poesia. Lo zio si è addormentato stasera, alle 20. Dopo 2 giorni di coma irreversibile (a detta dei medici e dei parenti sbrigativi... non so chi effettivamente l'abbia sancito) sono giunto al suo capezzale... si è svegliato un solo attimo per salutarci. La cosa mi ha sconvolto, forse per la concomitanza con il mio arrivo. Ma non amo parlare della morte, queste poche righe, chiamateli versi, parlano della lontananza e del dubbio, dei sentori di morte quando le persone amate soffrono, dell'affetto che davvero supera ogni ostacolo: lo spazio, il tempo, le situazioni. Non è una ricetta contro i sensi di colpa ne' un paliativo all'impotenza di esserci, ma un saluto ad una persona amata. Tanto. Senza confini ne' dimensioni.
Sono felice d'essergli stato accanto nel trapasso perché son spesso lontano e anche perché fra pochi giorni riparto per la mia Albania. Spero ci sia un aldilà perché ne abbiamo ancora un casino di cose da dirci.
